    i'm sorry your mom got this diagnosis. i wish you and your family the best in the coming days. i don't know about vein problems .

      I'm sorry for you, your mom especially and your entire family. Hopefully, they caught it in time like mine in 2006, they were able to remove part of my lung, I still have to use pain meds. but, so far so good. Anyway the vein question could be from fear/anxiety causing increase in b/p and yet it may have always been there an the news just brought it to light. GOOD LUCK!!!

        Could be due to blockage of veins due to external pressures from enlarged lymphnodes, inflammed surrounding tissues or so, anyhow she needs to be reviewed by her medical practitionier soon to investigate the reason.
