There are 3 reasons that this can happen.
1. Facebook comments is experiencing technical difficulties which only Facebook can correct it.
2.The post that you are trying to reply to has been removed by the person who posted it.
3. The person who's Facebook page you are trying to post to has removed you from their friends.
