If you are willing to work hard doing at least three hours of cardio a week will reduce all your body fat. It has to be an exercise that challenges you to the point of dripping with sweat. I live in a town with steep hills everywhere so I ride one hour three mornings a week. Exercise before you have breakfast as it is the best time to burn fat. I eat a banana and have a glass of water and go. Cut back eating bread and potatoes as well as your salt intake and eat smaller portions. If you eat slow your body will indicate when your full rather than gulping your food in a frenzy. It takes 20 minutes for the stomache to signal the brain it is full so eat slowly. Cut back on fatty foods. all this will work, you just have to be disciplined.
