    A good exercise that involves more Cardio like riding a bike will work, meditation and I have been told apple cider vinegar will work, but I have to remind you that if left untreated without medication you can damage your heart. I have to take pills for the rest of my life and at first I fought it being I am young and fit but realized during an ultra sound on my heart,as I watched it pumping and giving me life just how precious it is and worth taking a pill daily. I ride my bike three hours a week and slowed down on my salt intake.Take care of your heart, your life depends on the very beat of it.

    aviod salt as much as you can only cook you own food no take outs or food that has been cooked for you  eg supermarket exercise every other day in short burst is the best as this gets your heart pumping dont get stressed learn to rest and if you are over weight loose a few pounds this will make all the difference also eat loads of veg and fruit try and cut out red meat and  replace with oiley fish at least 3 times a week avoid bacon as this has a lot of salt ans never eat any animal fat thats on meat  you can eat chocolate as this good for the heart and one glass of red wine but no more good luck

    watch your salt intake and beware of the "hidden"salt in processed food

    Don't use much salt when cooking and avoid alcoholic beverages...try to destress yourself helps some also.
