    Why would 500 MG of Amoxicillin capsules cause me to become sick?

    Dentist prescribed for tooth infection. Next day, all my bodily muscles were cramping. Second day, I started sleeping most of the day and night. Lost my appetite.The fifth day, I was becoming lathargic,ears and neck were hurting severe headache, left arm and hand started twitching,, eyes could not focus. Memory was awful. Called the doctor and he told me to stop takingi it. I started improving immeditely but still feel some of the effects.Did I get a bad batch of Amoxicillin? Numbers on the contaier;DEA:AK8091744and NDC:67253-0141-50

      If you aren't dead yet, see a doctor as soon as possible. Lots of people are allergic to antibiotics. I'm not but many people are and it can be deadly.
