      Since this is 2 years old Fun Is in the air!  If you are frozen ?? E-mail is not your main concern! If your e-mail is frozen ? Thaw gently in the microwave.   Otherwise stick it (e-mail) in back of freezer and hope for a warmer time ! Thankfully it wasn't mind boggling news!  Stay toasty! Happy warmth!

        sometimes if you press Ctrl,Alt, and Delete together, it will unfreeze it. Or, try pressing  Esc.If all else fails, turn the whole d- - - -  thing off and give it a rest........then reboot.
