      There are to many variables here.. Do you own the tractor and planter? if not are you going to rent them or pay someone to plant it for you? Are you going  to use corn starter? what type of fertilizer are you going to use? a bag of corn can cost as little as $100 to several hundred dollars...

        And it depends on the cost of the property......whether you are renting or buying it. And then there's taxes on the property .
