          I don't know how old your step daughter is but the police do not out up with false reporting too long. They will be visiting your family soon. Get Dad involved now before the false reports become a problem

            I do not think threatening her with living with mom is a viable solution. What if Mom is deceased or does not want the girl??

            get her dad more involved in it . Have him tell her if she isn't nice to you, she'll have to live at her mother's.
