Treatment options for a multitude of follicular cysts in a labradoodle?

Hi, I have a client with a 2yo female neutered black labradoodle. Since one year of age this dog has accumulated more and more follicular cysts, there are now hundreds of them, coallescing and some ruptruing and becoming infected. Many of the larger cysts are painful and quality of life is an issue. It would not be possible to remove even just the worst ones without extensive sx which would likely need repeating regularly. Owner is not keen on this option. Masses have been confirmed as follicular cysts on histopath. Owner has been using Malaseb shampoo. sometimes antibiotics for infected ones. What is the likely success of using isotretinoin? Any other treatment options? Thanks, Jarrod.

Are you a veterinarian?  Sounds like you, the vet, are looking here for advise.  Maybe you have the wrong site.  Check again, I bet you do.  Check with your local College of Veterinary Medicine, maybe they have assistance for this case.
