In our state,once you have taken delivery it's too late.But you have a 10 day "Cooling off" period before delivery which you can request.So unless there is something critically wrong with the car "Changing your mind" is not a good reason for cancelling the sale if you have taken delivery of it.

You've got 3 business days to change your mind after the purchase of anything. Some companies have their own policy and let you return it after 60 or 90 days.
