    It would be fun to make one up all by yourself. I would suggest that you pick one from the English alphabet;
    ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOP, QRSTUVWXY AND Z

      Write just what you have written here, with a little more detail. Tell them you are closing, tell them where you will be next, give them the name and address of the new place, thank them for supporting you in the past, invite them to visit you at your new establishment. (Don't forget to include your new telephone number.)
