    If it's in the pipes you'll have to replace them. Put a filter on the line coming directly into your home. I have two side by side. You don't want to go what I went through, replacing every inch of plumbing in your house. Big $$$$$.
    If not in your pipes and on the surfaces of sinks and tubs, CLR works good. Spray on and let sit for a minute and wipe off. CLR can be found in stores with other cleaners. Then as Ed suggested, get whole house filters or a water softener.
