      Lack of Vitamin C can cause bruising. Hair loss can result from taking certain medications, Thyroid problems or autoimmune diseases. It is best to consult your Doctor.

        Your large unexplained bruising is more concerning than your hair loss. Is the bruising painful? Are the bruises a result of falling, bumping etc. or do they just seem to appear out of nowhere?


        Hair loss is very common and can usually be reversed or improved. Hair loss can be a symptom of a more serious medical condition. 


        Are you on any new medications that could be causing these symptoms?

          Bruises are typically a result of some degree of injury to the blood vessels in the skin.  If this happens often, consult your doctor.
