        Well it varies and what I did was go to the place that I use close to my job and paid a one time fee for rotation and balance of the tires for the lifetime of the tires that way when I go to get my oil changed I can have my tires rotated and balanced each time and it does not cost me anything else because I paid the one time fee for all 4 tires for the life of the tires, I find that to me to be more economical.

          It varies depending on where you live. Tires should be balanced and rotated and wheels aligned at same time to put them in the best situation.
