the only way thats probally effective is lose privaleges , if they can't use the car or have no money the change will be miraculios

To get teens to listen, at least for while, and depending on the topic, it is good I think To get someone in Authority, to talk and discuss things with them. Bribes, not always good idea. they will want bribes, for every thing you want done.  It is best, let them earn what they get , instead of bribe, this will help them to value things.

Forget about it.It ain't gunna happen.They don't develop ears until they are 26 or so.

If you did not teach them to listem to you when they were younger then the ywill not do it now.. If you had the kinda of relationship that the ydid listen to you ... you need to get their attention.. Cut phone service..

You don't MAKE a teenager listen.  Teenagers (and all the rest of us) listen if we choose to do so. What we hear is not necessarily what was said, either, is it?
