Look around the room. Everthing you see was either made from, or produced with the help of OIL. Plastics, Paint, TV, Computer, the seat your on, rugs under your feet, light in the room. OIL
So when someone tells you we need to find an alternative to fossil fuels ask them what?
Solar Power? Good for some applications.
Nuclear Power? Two words, JAPAN EARTHQUAKE.
Wind Power? Maybe if you hook a big SAIL up to the roof of your car....maybe.
