Silence is golden, it gives us the chance to sit back and reflect on our day, our lives, our journey through this world. I take silence as a gift to enjoy and appreciate.

Now I know there are those who get too much silence in their lives. (I'm not talking about the deaf here as the phrase "silence is golden is applied to the hearing)) This makes them depresses and uncomfortable with the silence but it's up to them to change that.

I'm not so sure that most people are uncomfortable with silence. Perhaps a poll should be taken?

Not me, silence is golden, especially if you had to work around the people I do all day long, then you would cherish the calm and silence, yes silence is golden.

I like silence
