I'm not sure where you live but I can definantly say, where I live, no men go around putting their "tackle" on display. I've never heard of such a thing. What section of town do you hang out in?

acually i study anthropolagy and as a vetren of many rock concerts isay this . the answer to the voddo ine is this they are harmless but possesed by the devil the ones who are dangerous are the ones who cover themselves with metal chains and other things it is just a fun question my source for this answer is gert chesi the book voodoo. and the answer is chinatown.i dared look at an adult website and i thought it was funny.
