        because they're in a union and they have a contract.Once they're on tenure, you have to go thru about 13 steps to fire them and no one wants to leap thru all those hoops.

          There was Me Elsner in drama. I finally let loose on her as she was very demeaning. She had a reputation. I was favored as I followed 3 siblings so my tirade didn't count or have effect. She retired soon after me.....

            In this case this is achieved through the double-tanned calfskin leather strap link in taupe that settles somewhere in between brown link and grey and claims the best of both neutral hues. Again going for impact link through subtlety here.
