      Ask for his and tell him you'll call him back with a number.

        Do you want this person to contact you?


        If so, tell him/her you don't have a cell phone, but give him/her your home phone number.


        If you don't have a phone of any kind, ask for his/her number and call him/her at an agreed-upon time.


        If you don't want him/her to contact you, tell him/her you don't give out your phone number. Period. No explanation needed.

          Tell them that you're sick of dropped calls so you switched over to CB Radio. Used widely by truckers and very popular in the 1970's.


          Next, you ask THEM for their "handle".  Ten-four !   ( you have NO idea of what I'm talking about,right? )
