You have a virus. A Trojan. The situation was a common one back when you posted this. I don't think its a problem anymore, most, if not all antivirus software has a fix for this now. So.. i won't go any further helping you out on this. Anyone else having this problem should have an upto date antivirus software and the very latest definitions. It will solve it.
