If you don't take care of it now, you will not only lose your tooth.  You will also lose your money.

It'll only get worse if you don't take care of it now.

Don't be afraid of the dentists. Most of them are nice...I think.

I must always find the quack..LOL

If you have a toothache and you don't take care of the problem, you're going to lose your tooth soon.  Go get it taken care of.

Maybe all you need is a filling, see the Dentist.

Put some 'orajel' on it or bite down on an aspirin, if you have swelling, an icepack helps too.  Go to the dentist ASAP.  Apparently your 'pain' isn't too bad right now as you can sit at the 'puter and talk about it.. If you wait, the pain will worsen and then you'll understand what I mean.. I have had toothache pain at full intensity and believe me, you don't want to just sit and talk about it.. Get to the dentist! You do not want to go through that!  You won't necessarilly lose your tooth, you might have a small 'carrie' or cavity that needs filling in..  Only in the worst case do they remove the tooth..
