Let me guess , your 16, pregnant, cant get father to pay or claim responsibility, father is15. But dont worry, living in texas you will get a lonestar card, free utilities, you cant get kicked out of your house for not paying utilities or rent- its the law, oh, dont forget free education - college with free houing and baby sitting. So why is the hispanic community breeding like rabbits and is not the minority anymore in texas. Because it dont cost them nothing. And dont give me any BS about this because its 100% true. I see it with my own eyes everyday , and it pisses off alot of people..
