Blueberries are soooo good and good for you! Actually I like any berry - especially if it's in a pie topped with ice cream. What is your favorite fruit?

I like all berries too....even the mulberrys that you can find in your back yard. Some people will say they " only like them (blueberries or whatever) on their cereal."

I like, and grow my own Blueberries, I put 1 to 2 new bushes in per year, almost every year lately, I am up to 6. Mind you, I live on a 6,000 sq. ft. city lot. I also have an apple tree, and a veg. garden.

That's neat, Bustie.What kind of climate do you have to be in for them to grow ? Do you have to put them in .....in the spring ?

They are hardy to the cold, in fact, very cold tolerant, grow in Maine. They do better in cold than heat. Plant in either Spring or fall. They have attractive foliage such that they can actually be part of the landscape plan. With their burgundy colors, they look nice in the fall, here in New England. Good luck... They do need acid soil, so do not amend soil with limestone.

I've just returned from the grocery store. I bought a "persimmon", ate the whole thing. Tasted pretty good. :)

Wow, what a tough question. Since it's autumn as I answer this, and I've got a container of freshly plucked pomegranate seeds in my refrigerator, I'll go with that, in spite of the apples, bananas, pineapple, and mixed berries that are here. And I LOVE tomatoes and melons of all kinds.
