    how do I get my ex back?

    we were engaged brilliantly happily for two years. he seemed BEYOND devotd to me: he became dignified, succesful and fulfilled. Then he left me  when i was in the hospital w/cardiac problems.

      Are you sure you want him back? If he finds another playmate that quick he doesn't really care much about you.Give him the flick & move on WBMA.

          If you were "brilliantly happily" and "he seemed BEYOND devoted to you", what happened? Did you ask him, or did he say? If it had anything to do with your health, I would say good riddance, but maybe it is something else?? Maybe he is showing his true self??
