                      Only 1/2 as much skin is removed as a full one??  To try to appease the proponents of  either for or against circumcision to begin with???  Only guessing.

                          Maybe the surgeon does things by half .Needs a rest doing so much Or was it a do it  yourself.Time ran out renting the tools to slow you are  "JEW" compensation .
