Yes, because they go in with the wrong impression that their debts are just erased and they get to keep their stuff. Wrong, they have to get rid of all of their "stuff" that they owe money on. They don't get to keep their Overpriced House, boats, cars, Big Screen TV's It's just sickening the way people spend then try to get out of paying for it. My motto is to always pay cash. Yours should be too.
