Maybe an Oral Surgeon or an ENT (ear, nose and throat specialist).

Your GP should know.  ENT specialist could be one.

My last ENT visit conclusion was: A SPECIALIST IS A PERSON WHO KNOW MORE AND MORE ABOUT LESS AND LESS UNTIL HE KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT NOTHING.

Did not get much out of him.
