in 2010 we paid quarterly via direct deduction but were disallowed final payment electronically
because someone else had used my SS number to file before me and we had to file using certified mail. We received no notice of our payment even though it was paid in full. Also, there has been no continuing withdrawal for quarterly payment for 2011. We also don't know what the status is of the I.D. theft issue and what we need to do to correct this?
