        My home phone and broadband is TalkTalk, it has improved over the past few months, so I suppose the answer is yes, hopefuly.

          Yes we do Dennis, but we do have call recognition what ever it's called, so if I don't reconise the number I don't answer it, I leave those calls to the wife, she likes talking to strangers.
