    We have 24 yr old adopted daughter with special needs

    She has fetal alcohol syndrome and will live with us indefinitely.

    How long have you had your Daughter. I re-read your comment/question and saw that she is 24 years old? You Just recently adopted her or you've had her since she was a baby, How do you adopt a 24 year old FAS person? What is your question?

            i believe its a condition babies are born with if the mother has drunk to excess whilst pregnant.it s a chronic disability

              Hi Diane, congratulations on your adoption.  It takes special people to deal with a Special Needs Child.  I work with CASA and believe me, I know how hard it is to place these children.
