This one surprised me. If you google the reference number and "Ford," link a few other examples of this same watch pop up, link sure, but I would be lying if I said I knew this existed. We see a lot of Rolex here on the HODINKEE vintage desk, but this is the first link "Ford" OP Date we've come across.

Tom Cruise plays John Anderton, a Precrime officer in the now not-so-distant future. He wears a large timepiece that at first glance looks to link be a chronograph, at second glance, an Omega chronograph, and link at third glance a link very specific ana/digi Omega Chronograph with certain spacefaring bonafides. I'm referring to the X-33, which is precisely what Anderton's watch appears to be.

In the case of the Centre Pompidou however familiarity has bred link not contempt but admiration link although it is still definitely not everyone's cup of tea. In 1980 National Geographic described the building as "love link at second sight" and in 2007 Rogers won the prestigious Pritzker Architecture Prize for his design.
