Netflix is a company that you can pay a monthly fee to stream a very large selection of movies.
There is a catch though. your Internet Provider has a limit of how much data or movies you can download. call them and find out how much your are able to download before you start paying considerably more after you reach the limit of your internet plan.
You can change the plan to increase the amount of data or movies that you stream.

The price is going up this month. If you pay $10/month you can stream as many movies as Netflix offers for instant watching. If you pay another $9/month you can also get DVDs in the mail--as many as you can watch and send back in a month. They mail quickly too. By mail they offer every movie that is on DVD but streaming movies are not all but select movies. Many very good movies are offered. As far as streaming movies go, you can watch 100 movies per week if you have time. There is no limit by Netflix and they are available immediately.
I have never heard of a limit on how much information you can download as the above answer states. But of course check to see if you are limited by your internet provider as to how much you can download.
