From what I see from Google Earth your a good mile or two from the beach front. I'm not sure what "zone" that is if your referring to Mayor Bloomberg's evacuation of low lining communities, but I would say your not in any danger from Hurricane Irene.
DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT!
Call your local police station and ask them for your zone.
They will definally know.
