What's wrong with YOU???? Did you not read the question? I asked WHY??????? You answered "yes, meaning the decimal point can be moved".....that I already know. My question was why it worked on 10 and power of 10 and WHY it DOESN"T work on numbers that are not a power of 10. I have located the answer through google search. I will NOT be using this service again but "thank you" for your help. :-)
