    Attachment to e-mail is in DOCX, I am unable to open document. What should I do?

      The file extension is a Microsoft Word 2007 edition. In order to view a 2007 version you need to download a conversion program that will convert MS Word 2003 Edition to enable you to view the 2007 edition.
