    De boning a fried fish...

    My g father was 89 whe nhe died in 1994... he was the only person I EVER SAW DO THIS..... he would take a fried fish ( bone in) pinch the tail twist and pull all of the bones of the out from the tail. Has anyone ever seen someone do this? Can you do it?.. He tried to teach me but I could never do it.

      I saw this done on TV once, but never in real life. I think it could be done, but you really have to know how and I think your father did know how. Too bad Jenn you didn't pick it up.
