    How do I explain the guarantee to a customer

    You should get instructions from your supervisor.

    There are only two guarantee in this world and that is Tax & Death.

    That the product that they have purchased,has a 12 month guarantee which enables the customer to bring the item back if there is a fault or has stopped working.The item is usually replaced or sent for repairs free of charge.

    I am assuming  your mean 'warranty'?? Is this a product or a service??


     


    If warranty:


    Limited warranty protects the manufacturer


    Full warranty protects the consumer.


    magnussen Moss warranty act of 1978 states that any product carrying a warranty must be labeled full or limited..
