               Broccoli one of my favorite veg yes they are very goog for you so eat your greens! sorry couldnt find beans so broccoli is also very good!

                They gotta be... Dad had a bad stroke back in 1972 and the doc told him to eat green beans,,Lots and lots of green beans.. He hated green beans but I don't know if this came about before or after. And yes for the stroke {strokes. many in a couple days}He recovered pretty good.
