            When I was in high school (decades ago), it used to be believed that the longest word was anti-dis-establishment-arian-ism. I've heard since, that that is not true. However, I can't remember what word has supposedly replaced it.

                  1 Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis...2 electrophotomicrographically...3 supercalifragilisticexpialidocious..As Roy said number 1 is the longest word with 45 letters,and number 2 is the second longest word with 28 letters,,however number 3 has 34 letters,,i have to ask would not that be the second longest word..??????..>>>>>>>><<<<<<<<..
