Go to a fence company and inquire as to if they may have any that are weathered. If they do, they drop the price of these sections greatly. If you are handy, buy pickets directly from the fence company, and then go to lumber yard and buy the 4x4x8 PT posts and 2x4's that are 8 ft. long. Mount the posts at 8 ft. on center about 2 ft. deep. Next, nail the rails from center of one post to center of next. I put them about 18 in. from ground, and 12 in. from top of where pickets will be. When I nail the pickets on to the rails, I leave a picket width between each picket, this allows the wind to go through the fence. The fences that I have built this way have outlasted the commercial stockade type with pickets touching, and the wind knocks these over easily. Use galvanized nails, as they resist rust, and will not stain your fence. Good luck
