      What? Unless you're allergic to dogs if your skin touches them, you can touch any puppy with bare hands.

        If the puppies mom lets you,you can gently hold them whenever.

          we have hve poms.. it is not touching them that is the issue it is handling then... thier bones are extremely fragile at birth until about five mnths....and for there entire life you need to take care that they do not jump off off chairs couches ans the like, also be cautious of wer you step...
