Time as shown above then check by peircing thigh with a skewer at thigh, if runs clear juice it is done. I rub all over with butter and put butter under skin on breast, lay a couple of strips of bacon on the turkey wrap in aluminium foil cook raised in a pan with water in the pan cook for all but the last hour then remove foil and let turkey brown. End result the juicest bird ever.
