      The country would never endure the restrictions of a shortage, first of all.  If it were a resource in demand, other countries would try to establish purchase contracts or trade agreements.

            There is a country where there is a tree that bare a fruit that wii extend the lives of many people for a thousands of years. It is necessary to consume a leaf or fruit from this tree once a day to live a youthful life as long as you practice this daily. I know where it is.

              The question points to a natural resource that is found abundantly in one place only. We trade for such resources globally. We send oil companies globally to search for oil and to also map the geology and minerals available there. This process allows a country to know what resources they have, where it is and how much there is. Mineral wealth is a monetary resource even if not removed from the ground. As such, a resource permits a country to borrow money and use their resources as collateral. Highly skilled people are also national assets and are handled similarly.

              The Biblical version of the tree of life is quite sketchy and and obviously uncertain of the facts...it's full of holes and lacking reality. The Urantia Book is comprehensive on the subject.
