The country would never endure the restrictions of a shortage, first of all.  If it were a resource in demand, other countries would try to establish purchase contracts or trade agreements.

There is a country where there is a tree that bare a fruit that wii extend the lives of many people for a thousands of years. It is necessary to consume a leaf or fruit from this tree once a day to live a youthful life as long as you practice this daily. I know where it is.
