    Is it better to exercise before eating

    I've been told that I should eat at least one hour before exercising.  It seems that exercising on a really empty stomach would be stressful on the body; exercising too soon after eating could cause vomiting (almost been there), and exercising an hour or more after eating would make most sense. Be a good idea to eat protein, according to the guy I train with.....


    Don't forget to have plenty of water with you when you exercise
