if the default judgement which was obtained by fraoud, was used to detain a person in foregin coutry, is that time can be counted to use it within statute of limitation?ntry
My son obtained here in N.Y. defaoult judgement by fraoud. at that time I lived in Israel. He used an Israeli law based on the default judgement to detain me in Israel not to be able to come to N.Y. to file a complaint against him at the D.A. Is that time that I was bared from comming to the U.S. can be counted within the statute of limitaion?
