    Is it now legal to stand in the aisle of a filled greyhound bus, all seats taken , and ride while standing ?

    the ticket was bought and paid for ,when the clerk said the bus is running 40 minutes late and there is Standing Room Only.

      Standing on an over capacity bus is AGAINST FEDERAL LAW and you should take pictures of it, as well as the drivers name badge and bus number and date.
