      a  real diamond will not reflect light, another words if you took a small flashlight and were to shine it on the diamond light will not pass through but rather make a halo, another test is to breath on it a real diamond will not fog up like a piece of glass.finally a real diamond will not have worn or rounded edges.....

        PUT IT AGAINST A PIECE OF GLASS,THEN PULL-PUSH THE DIAMOND TOWARDS YOU,IF IT CUTS THE GLASS,IT'S REAL !! GOOD LUCK !!!
