I have four questions. 1. If accepted and use card for dental, can I also use the same card for a different dentist if they are on the list?

2. What are "optional" services?
3. Can I make an online payment through my bank?
4. What does it mean that I will not payoff my account if paying the minimum amount each month? Is the minimum amt. different from the amount list on the "Start Today" sheet I received at the dental office?
5. And... do I wait for a response? How long? Is this live?
